Every day is a new adventure...
I’ve always been a little girl with big dreams — and in many ways, that hasn’t changed.
I grew up in Gdańsk, Poland, by the Baltic Sea, surrounded by nature, movement, and curiosity. I found sport early, and it quickly became a central part of my life. Table tennis was my first path — one that taught me discipline, structure, and what it means to commit fully. By the age of 13, I had won two National titles and was deeply immersed in competitive sport.
That foundation stayed with me.
After moving to the United States, I continued competing at a high level, but over time, I felt a pull toward something different. That search led me to off-road triathlon — and eventually to mountain biking.
That’s where everything shifted.
Endurance racing and the outdoors opened something deeper in me. The rhythm of long efforts. The unpredictability of terrain. The quiet focus that comes from being fully present on a trail.
I didn’t just fall in love with racing.
I fell in love with the experience of being out there.
The dirt, the climbs, the solitude, the moments where everything simplifies and becomes clear.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to achieve results I once only dreamed about — national titles, world championship podiums, and racing at a high level in mountain biking and XTERRA.
But what matters most to me now goes beyond results.
I train and race because I love the process.
The steady work.
The long days.
The constant learning.
The quiet progression that happens over time.
Outside of racing, I feel most at home in nature. I love to hike — to be in the forest both on foot and on my bike. I photograph wildflowers, waterfalls, and quiet forest scenes, and I enjoy reading and writing in those slower moments. I’m deeply connected to the mountains I call home.
Some of my favorite time is simply sitting by a waterfall, listening, and reflecting on life. Those moments are just as meaningful to me as any finish line.
This blog is where I share that journey.
Not just the races that go well — but also the ones that don’t.
Not just performance — but perspective.
Because sport, like life, isn’t linear.
And I believe there is value in showing all of it.
What an inspiration you are! I am so glad our paths crossed!!! I will be following your success! Keep up the great work!
